Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All wholesale orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working business day.

Processing time refers to order preparation and dispatch, not delivery time.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Timeline

We use reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

Shipping Options

1. Express Shipping (Prepaid Orders)
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–5 business days (after dispatch)

2. Standard Shipping (COD Orders)
Estimated Delivery Time: 6–7 business days (after dispatch)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier network conditions, public holidays, or peak season delays.

3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

To prevent fake or non-serious orders, we require a small advance payment to confirm all COD orders.

• The advance amount will be adjusted in the final invoice.
• COD orders are processed only after advance confirmation.
• If the order is refused at delivery, the advance amount is non-refundable.

This policy helps us reduce return-to-origin (RTO) losses and maintain fair pricing for genuine wholesale buyers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Buyers can track their shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Blingvows primarily dispatches within India.

For international wholesale inquiries, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Blingvows is not responsible for minor packaging wear caused during transit.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Blingvows is not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

9. Wholesale Shipping Policy

Blingvows operates strictly as a wholesale supplier. All shipping terms apply to bulk B2B purchases with a minimum order value of ₹1000.
