Refund policy

Blingvows™ operates strictly as a wholesale (B2B) supplier. Due to the nature of bulk transactions, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

A. Damaged or Broken Product (Transit Damage)

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An uncut and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Sealed parcel condition
    • Opening process
    • Damaged product

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or
  • Refund to original payment method.

B. Incorrect Product Sent

If a wrong item was shipped:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide unboxing video proof
  • We will arrange replacement or refund after verification

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product used, worn, or altered
  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen difference
  • Change of mind
  • Slow-moving stock
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
  • Customized/name-based products (unless damaged)
  • No unboxing video provided

3. COD Order Policy

For COD orders:

  • Refunds are not issued to bank accounts.
  • Approved COD refunds will be adjusted via:
    • Store credit, or
    • Replacement only.
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, the advance amount is non-refundable.

4. Shipping Charges for Returns

If the issue is verified as our error (damaged/wrong item):

  • Return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by us.

If return is approved for any other valid reason:

  • Customer bears return shipping charges.
  • Standard return handling charges may apply.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:
    • Alternative product, or
    • Store credit.

Exchanges for non-damaged items are only considered for prepaid orders and are not applicable for COD orders.

7. Inspection & Approval

All returned products undergo quality inspection before approval of refund or replacement.

Blingvows reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.

8. Professional Conduct

We expect professional communication from buyers. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of support, refund, or future order privileges.
